이 기계는 주로 래치 작동 및 데드볼트 메커니즘의 내구성을 테스트하는 데 사용됩니다. 시험 장치는 열쇠를 회전하고 자물쇠에서 열쇠를 삽입하고 빼낼 수 있습니다. 잠금 장치와 래치가 적절한 고정 장치에 장착된 다음 "키가 잠금 해제에서 잠금 위치로 이동하고 다시 잠금 해제됨" 테스트 주기를 실행합니다.

  • ●Servo motor driven system to keep the key rotation, inserting, and withdrawing smoothly.

    ●PLC touch-screen control system. User-friendly design operation.

    ●Self-define parameters setting function, such as speed, angle, cycles etc.

    ●The lifting platform with scale markings is controlled by hand wheel. Adjust the center of the key hole more precise and flexible.

    ●Six test modes are alternative. Not only run the key inserting and withdrawing test separately, but also the compound test of key rotation, inserting and withdrawing.

    ● This equipment can record up to 10 test results with one batch. It will reserve the current data if the test is paused in the middle. Users can continue the test anytime, no need to reset.
