This testing equipment is used for the determination of resistance to thermal shock to the enamelled cooking utensils. We heat the enamelled cooking utensils from the hot plate, original thermal shock temperature amounts to 200℃, after that, each thermal shock temperature increase 20℃, then chilling it inside with the water at 20℃. Through successive thermal shock tests, observe if any visible damage occurs.
